WCBS 880′s Peter Haskell: Still No Sign Of The Body
The subcontractor was working underneath the bridge around 8 a.m. when he slipped and fell from a work platform to the water below, the MTA said.
It is protocol for workers to wear harnesses and the subcontractor was apparently changing his when he fell, CBS 2′s Rachel Stockman reported.
