" NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office has released a sketch of a woman, whose dead body washed up in a suitcase along the Passaic River in Newark earlier this month.

Officials said the unidentified woman is black, has a very small frame and was dressed in gray slacks and a red blouse "
